SADC HIV and AIDS research database & information portal

The SADC HIV and AIDS research database and information portal are web-based information systems for on-line or off-line collecting and sharing of research projects and HIV and AIDS research experts in the region. These research projects range from prevention to treatment, care, support, policy and capacity building.

The database allows Member States to upload abstracts of HIV and AIDS researche in their countries. The portal hopes to facilitate better coordination of the regional response through sharing of HIV and AIDS information on research, policies and programmes being undertaken in the region.
