Registration Fee Benefit PackageThe registration fee covers access to conference plenary meetings and parallel sessions, the opening ceremony and function, lunch (1 - 3 December 2009), symposia and satellite sessions (limited numbers access), exhibitions and a delegate bag with conference documentation i.e. programme and abstract cd. Registration FeesRegistration fee prior to 20 November 2009: R3,648 including VATEntitlementsThe registration fee for delegates includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibition hall and poster areas, the opening ceremony, closing session, symposia and satellite sessions (limited numbers). If registration and full payment are received on or before 20 November, a conference bag and materials are guaranteed. Registration and payment after 20 November 2009, including on-site registration, does not guarantee a conference bag and materials. The registration fee excludes all travel and accommodation.Payment OptionsThe Conference Secretariat will issue an invoice once they have received your registration. The invoice amount should be transferred directly into the conference account. Payments can be made by direct deposit, electronic fund transfer or by credit card. All transfer costs and bank charges will be for the account of the payee. Download the credit card form. The banking details of the conference account will be displayed on the invoice. Proof of payment must be submitted by email or fax, quoting your unique invoice number, to enable us to trace your payment on our bank statement. The Conference Secretariat cannot confirm a registration without this information. |
